Claims for Flexible Benefits such as Conveyance & Medical Expenses Made Easier
Employees can now claim for all flexible benefits through this module and also upload relevant receipts for them. Approvals for the claims can be made by associated supervisors or admin from the portal itself.
Integration with Payroll
Flexible Benefits module is also integrated with payroll. Thus, calculation of taxes also happens automatically as part of the payroll process.
Accrual Cycle can be Set as per Company Policy
Accrual settings can also be managed and the accrual cycles can be set to monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually as per company policy.
