Nigel is the CEO and Founder of Quikchex. He has previously worked as investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York City, working on M&A and Capital Markets transactions for large North American Metals and Mining companies. Nigel also serves as the Executive Director for Lobo Staffing Solutions, one of India’s leading contract staffing companies and as a Director for Personnel Search Services, one of India’s leading Executive Search Firms. Nigel graduated from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania with both an MBA (Honors) and Bachelors Degree in Finance (Magna Cum Laude)

Mario founded The PSS Group (parent company of Quikchex) in 1981 and is one of the pioneers of Executive Search in India.With extensive experience in developing and managing strategic relationships, he has assisted leading Indian businesses with critical strategic inputs during restructuring, salary benchmarking and in different organisational development initiatives. Mario takes a lot of interest in analyzing new organisation structures and proposing change management across several industry sectors; his work and contributions have been featured in major national publications. He is on the Governing Council for the Loyola Institute in Chennai as well as on the Executive Committees for XLRI Jamshedpur and St. Joseph’s Centre of Excellence.

Mario holds a degree in Arts from the University College of Arts in Jaipur. He is also an MBA from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur (“XLRI”) and was presented with the “Distinguished Alumnus Award” by XLRI in 2014 for his contributions to the Human Resource industry in India.

Andre currently serves as a Director for Quikchex, He drives business development and client engagement activities for the PSS Group’s India business (parent company of Quikchex). He is also responsible for the growth of PSS Group’s Singapore operations by extending our brand and services to clients across Asia. His areas of expertise lies in the healthcare, consumer and financial services sectors.

Andre has worked in the corporate finance function with organizations like the Aditya Birla Group and Standard Chartered Bank. He has a Bachelor of Science, degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MBA in General Management from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He is also an alumnus of London Business School.

Erika is currently a Director of Quikchex. In addition,she manages and leads various functional areas within PSS and Ray & Berndtson (both sister companies of Quikchex). Erika started her career as an Investment Banker for Goldman Sachs in New York and London where she worked on executing M&A and capital markets transactions across geographies. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Operations and Information Management) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
