• Under our Self-Service Plan, our clients process payroll on their own using our payroll software module. Clients undertake responsibility for verifying all payroll outputs. Clients also take care of TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and LWF management on their own, which includes filing of returns, employee claims management, dealing with inspections, etc.

• Under our Full Service Plan, we assign the client a dedicated Account Manager who processes payroll on behalf of the client after receiving inputs from the client. The payroll output is then verified at a second level through a maker-checker process. Finally, once the payroll has been processed, Quikchex takes care of all TDS, PF, ESIC, PT and LWF returns filing, claims management, consultation and inspections. We also provide employees with email-based support

Once we receive a confirmation to go ahead from you, we assign you an Implementation Account Manager who will request you for the necessary data inputs (such as employee master data, previous salary registers and policies). The Account Manager will then migrate your data into the system, validate the data to ensure accuracy and then provide you with a short training session. The Account Manager will also provide you with guided support at any time that you require help
